Plastic fencing railing tree

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7687871.

The plastic temporary fencing has been knocked dow, is a trip hazard, and has been there for ages. Pending tree removal. Either the plastic fencing needs removong, or it needs properly securing. Regardless, right now it is dangerous.
