Overgrown thorny shrub is encroaching onto the pavement. This thorny and overhanging shrub constitutes a hazard and source of potential injury to pedestrians using the pavement. Children and older people are particularly vulnerable. This overgrowth being on a "blind" corner increases this hazard, particularly at night. This issue has been around for about 5 weeks.
