Massive and ugly tree stems dumped by the highways maintenance in our Shannon Close, Ringway

This morning the Hounslow highway lorry came and dumped massive tree stems around our Shannon Close, to block off some areas which look very ugly and pose a heath and safety hazard to people-both elderly residents and children when walking around in the evening as the area are not well lit. We have not been consulted or informed about this being decided by the council and it’s not the best way to achieve the aim. Also the highway maintenance has not taken any action about pruning the massive trees in the area, cutting and removing a dead tree and clearing the undergrowth around the trees in the Close.
