Cadent works at the junction with 4 way lights

I witnessed a contractor on wednesday 21st May walk across the road from the site, walk into the Cementry opposite and urinate. Surely they have portaloos onsite. This is such disrespectful behaviour. I would like to stress that this man was not in Cadent overalls. He was wearing a full orange high vis jacket and trousers with a high vis vest over the top with a logo that’s started with K and matched the logo on the temporary lights in situ. I am reporting this as the offence took place on a graveyard which shows such a lack of respect and surroundings.
