This council owned property (with elderly tenant) has very overgrown weeds and stinging nettles. The nettles are encroaching the busy, frequently used, pathway and are at just the correct height to injure a child's face/eyes. My grandson (who is with us every day) has severe hayfever and asthma and the pollen from the overgrown grass aggravates it
