This overgrown tree or bush coming from 34 Sutton Ct Rd is significantly impeding the pavement in Wavendon Ave making pedestrian access quite difficult. Could you please take the necessary steps to ensure the property owner addresses this issue and trims back the vegetation, some action needs to be enforced so the owner takes responsibility which they are not doing at this moment in time.
