The tree is over grown and hanging low obstructing people from walking on public foot path. It is also producing a glue like substance causing damage to vehicles parked in the 2 parking spaces around tree. This is causing irreversible paint damage to the vehicles and visibility issues due to the substance sticking to and smearing the windscreen and mirrors. The true causing an extreme amount of nuisance for residents and the public and should be removed.
