Shrubs on footpaths

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7581175.

This is a narrow footpath which leads to Oak Hill academy, with Bushes and shrubs on all extension of the footpath making it even more narrow and dangerous for pedestrians. I witnessed a near miss accident, where a bicycle was on the footpath and children was pushed to the road.
