Corner of Vicarage Farm Road and Cranford Road, Heston.

During a Police and local authority day of action, people were seen to use the area as a toilet. On further inspection, the bush is being used to mask those deficating behind the bush and dumping of rubbish. The area smells and is a hazard to animals and other members of the public who are unaware. A simple cut down / back and clean up would significantly help to reduce the opportunity for persons to mask their disgusting mannerisms.
