Big dip in the pavement...

Reported via Android in the Uneven footway category by Romain Braganza Fernandes at 10:54, Wednesday 14 May 2025

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7567606.

Just outside St. Lawrence's Primary school, as you can see in the attached photos, there is a substantial dip in the pavement. My father in law who is 70+ was walking casually when his footing stepped into the dip which then caught him unawares and made him trip and hurt his forehead and a cut above his nose. Fortunately, he didn't have any concession or anything serious which would then make us take legal action against the councils lack of action towards their duties. This is pretty dangerous and I have noticed other pedestrians who have had near misses too. Can the council authorities please look into this urgently as this can seriously hurt older or vulnerable people.
