Common land maintained by Council Highways Maintenance Team - verges and driveway opposite the gable end of flats 22 & 24 Foxwood Close common land

I have made 2 similar complaints in the past 2 weeks [7537138 & 14463093] which have been closed down by Highways without any explanation as to why - please note that in this area and also in areas opposite the front of 2 - 24 Foxwood Close and also the land adopted by the Council adjacent Felthambrook Way - see map attached - the Jubilee House Depot Road grounds maintenance team have been attended to this land either on behalf of LBH (under adoption) or Wates Builders on theri behalf. I have met with the then team leader Gary Winterbottom a number of years ago about the same lack of maintenance and as a result of this maintenance was started again but has recently stopped with the result that the shrubs are overgrown and unsightly and the ground is contaminated by leaf and seed debris.
