Grass Verges Cut Without Picking Up Loose Rubbish

Loose rubbish both sides of Felthambrook Way from Brookside to the junction of Snakey Lane. Grass verges have been cut along with all the rubbish, this has been identified in an email to Kevin Jennings Horticultural Office dating back to the end of March. He assured me that all loose rubbish would be collected/picked up prior to mowing the grass. Grass verges were mowed again last week and this instruction has been ignored again, all the rubbish plus last whatever rubbish that was there before has been cut up Into a thousand pieces. Would these people leave their own gardens looking like this. I don’t think so. It seems it’s happening all over the borough, whenever the grass is cut the rubbish is cut up aswell. It’s frustrating, as the borough is trying g to stop flytipping etc and your staff are creating a lot more by not finishing the job to a good standard. it just becomes normal for people to see rubbish everywhere.
