Reporting this section for the 3rd time to HH….. yet again another poor reinstatement carried out by crew. Previously repaired using : 14453656 , 14457765, and this will be my 3rd ticket. The concrete is dusting under the foot due to poor mix and the pavers are cracked again …. outside 20 rosemary avenue.
