Uneven Tarmac - Poor Fix on 14457689

Poor workmanship on 14457689 - job has been completed but fix is extremely poor.
1- The tarmac laid is NOT up to spec. Within a few days the tarmac has become bumpy due to inadequate compaction during installation and improper sub-base preparation. 2- HH team could not even cut out a straight edge between the existing concrete, hence now the tarmac is zig zag , and the finish is poor…. This is basic stuff.
