Whole road of of poor maintenance and unsightly

The whole road is not being maintained to the high standards that it historically had been maintained to high standards and a desirable road. There is weeds, overgrown grass, broken pavements, rubbish. Please attend and provide some care and attention to what was a lovely road and now looks like a rundown estate.
