Parking on kerb causing obstruction

Car continuity parks on the Kerb causing an obstruction for cyclist, pedestrians and other vehicles exiting Baltic Avenue. There has already been several near misses where people have had to blindly pull out, and one incident whereby a young child was knocked from a bike. Resident has been made aware about the problem via neighbourhood watch group but doesn’t seem to take any notice. Sooner or later there will be a serious accident or, heaven forbid, a fatality.
