Large cluster of potholes and surface cracks at the junction of Syon Lane and A4, towards Syon Station. Covers width of entire southbound road, no way to avoid.

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7467413.

The road at the junction shown in the attached photos has multiple potholes and extensive surface cracking, despite being resurfaced in the third quarter of last year. The damage is located right where vehicles turn, making it especially hazardous for drivers, cyclists, and motorcyclists. The potholes are irregular in shape, with the largest measuring approximately 1 to 1.5 meters in length and about 0.5 meters in width, and depths of around 3–5 cm. Surrounding cracks and subsidence indicate ongoing deterioration, and previous patchwork repairs have already failed. Given how recently the resurfacing took place, this may point to poor workmanship or substandard materials. I use this route daily, and if my vehicle sustains any damage as a result of this road condition, the council can expect to receive a bill from me. Prompt repairs are urgently needed to ensure safety and prevent further issues.
