Pavement in front of 63 and 61 Princes Avenue

Since this section of pavement was replaced recently with tar, it is very uneven and rain water is collecting in deep pools in front of these 2 properties and not draining away. As well as the obvious inconvenience when entering or leaving the property, my greater concern is that the water mains/meter manholes are completely immersed and flooded with rain water and can't be accessed. Please can this stretch of pavement be fixed so that the rain drains away as it should? Many thanks.
