Since yesterday someone has abandoned an Asda trolley and filled it with unwanted household items, clothes, shoes, other sundries. It would seen someone has held onto this trolley and then moving out of this block of flats has left all unwanted items in said trolley for the council to clear up. To this people have now added empty cans etc. Can this be removed asap before it gets worse, please. further down the road a used printer has been abandoned next to the electric junction box. Yesterday it was gardening rubbish and food. The council MUST put up clear notices at the spots this is happening. A better strategy is required to determine this sort of thing. Meanwhile, thank you for clearing.
