Yellow line missing opposite the car park exit

There is a break in the yellow line, which is always being used by the same car in the photo as oa parking space, it's causing lorries coming out of the GWS carp park knocking down the wooden barrier on the opposite side of the road, since this is a cul-de-sac it's also harder for cars to do a U-turn and forcing cars to reverse further into the private car park.
