3 Osterley Avenue, kerb/road issue

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing to flag a small issue I've come across with one of the public parking bays on Osterley Avenue. Recently (11/04/25), I noticed that a ramp type device has been placed on the road outside a residential property, which is currently preventing use of the bay. It's possible the ramp was initially put in place for building works, and it may well be there with permission. However, it now seems to be in regular use, perhaps in place of a formal drop kerb. I'm not certain of the situation, but I thought it worth mentioning as the ramp is making it difficult for others to park in that space. I understand there may be valid reasons for its presence, but I wanted to bring it to the council's attention in case it hasn't yet been reviewed.
