Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7270955.

I reported first in July2024. A cover over the Virgin cabling in the pavement had cracked. Virgin came and put a yellow plastic mat over the hole. Nothing was done fir several months. I and owner of 125, Mr Virdii, reported for action. A Persin from Virgin came and refused to do anything giving reason that a car was parked near the hoke and he didn't went to be sued for damage to this parked car in case there is any damage. This was last year. It seems the Hounslow Council Highways staff has not followed the lack of repair. Can this be sorted ASAP?
