Overgriwn Lime street tree

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7270246.

An overgrown Lime tree is causing low visibility especially during Summer. I reported last year as the tree branches are reaching the upstairs windows. Shouldn't this tree between 134 and 136 pruned? When is the rest of the street trees due for pruning?
