Opposite 1 St Stephens Road and 44, 46, there are lots of debris and dead leaves, tree brances and general waste between the pavement and the edging of the rioad.

There are stagnant debris gathered from dead branches, fallen leaves and general waste on the road adjacent to the pavement. The road gets worse after rain.When is this road going to be deep cleaned? I don't think the sweeter is doing his job.
