Crossover lifting due to tree tree root

A large tree in the location shown has lifted the crossover causing serious trip hazard and according to the recent structural survey (Feb 2025) may be causing cracks to the outer wall (due to subsidence caused by the spreading roots) to the property at 153 spring grove road. This requires urgent attention.
