The Man hole and pavement is collapsing and is very dangerous and will cause a accident if left any longer has been reported to the local councillor 3 times now and nothing has been done and its a emergency as the manhole is lose and the pavement is collapsing and uneven if someone trips on this and elderly person or disabled person there will be legal action and liability against the council.
