Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7262517.

There is only 1 litter bin available due to the work being undertaken in the area. When I asked one of the workers if they could put the other bins outside of the work area they told me they were unable to move the other bins as they were fixed in position. There is a lot of rubbish/recycling in the area now but people are unable to put anything more in the bin as it is overflowing! More litter bins needed please. Thank you
