Obstructions on pavement outside Ranelagh Gardens and 17 Stamford Brook Avenue

For the last three months there have been open manholes and abandoned contractors’ guardrails obstructing the pavements along Stamford Brook Avenue. The obstructions are at three sites - 2 outside Ranelagh Gardens and 1 outside 17 Stamford Bk Av. They are dangerous and need removing please. Thank you.
