Drain is loose and about to collapse

This drain was fixed about a month ago. It was broken again, just days later and is getting worse. It is in urgent need of need of repair or else there will be an accident.

    The traffic cone that was placed over the damaged drain, has been hit by passing vehicles, and is now on the pavement. This issue, really does need to be repaired properly, urgently. Whilst the cone was in place, the traffic diverted around it, and is now causing damage to the centre manhole cover too. The road is falling apart.
