Dear Hounslow Highways,

I am writing to make an enquiry regarding the uneven pavement outside St Lawrence School on Victoria Road. The condition of the pavement poses a tripping hazard, which is particularly concerning given the number of children and parents using this route daily.

For your reference, please see the attached pictures highlighting the issue.

Could you please raise a job to address this matter at your earliest convenience?
