White Mercedes-Benz, J96 HVV, Although it shows having a valid MOT, this car has not been moved to get a valid MOT as when you go to inspect it you will see it clearly has a build up of street rubbish and the tyre imprints on the road surface around it. The front number plate is also missing. You need to look into this with the police to see if a fraudulent MOT has been carried out this car. I reported the same car last year, and it then also had a valid MOT on it and clearly has not been moved since? .
