Grange Road W4 between #1-12

An inadequate attempt to clean this road was made a couple of weeks ago. My photos were taken AFTER the clean took place. There is still a large amount of organic matter clogging up the gutters and firmly pasted to both the road surface and the pavements, which becomes hazardously slippery when wet. As you only appear to clean this street once a year, I must insist that you return to complete the job. This will require you to suspend the parking, in order to access all along the gutters; and deploy a pressure hose to remove organic matter now embedded in the road surface (after years of inadequate cleaning) and pasted to the pavements.
