Street lamp next to red post box

Street lamp next to red post box is missing the Parking Bay Sign which provides information on timings to park within the bay and to pay by phone.

It appears someone has deliberately taken off this Parking Sign, which can be found dumped in the green vegetation area behind the metal rails, next to the red post box.

By doing so, drivers are open to parking fines as they are not aware of the instructions.

Can this sign be retrieved from the green vegetation and reattached to the street lamp where it belongs.
