Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7084030.

I have CCTV installed to watch my car as it was stolen last month. This morning when I woke up I noticed quite a lot of rubbish laying on the pavement opposite my house. I have had to report fly-tipping to you in the past and you have come out to remove it. But last night I caught the offender red handed. (or on CCTV). I will send you the video and I will leave it to you if you want to prosecute or note. I will be moving soon so I am no longer effected by this. But this issue has been going on for many years now. So I hope this will help you finally put a stop to it.

    I have it on on video but its too big to send file through email. The van pulled up. street was empty. driver got out. was interrupted by passing car so he wandered off. he came back and emptied half the van. then drove off. then came back and emptied the rest of the stuff mattress etc.
