Man hole cover is loose. It rattles when vehicles are passing over it. This is a nuisance to local residents for one or two weeks. It can get dangerous if left unattended and worsens. Please note that this cover is on the side of the East going car lane (there is a cover nearby in the West going lane which is not affected). Please insepect and fix.
