Illegal parking

Every day there are vans parked on the pathway in Mission Square which prevents pedestrians and disabled to use the footpath. It's illegal to park on a pathway and cause a obstruction to pedestrians ... Ticket enforcement need to come down regularly to place tickets on illegally parked cars or we will go to the newspapers and disability rights groups.
