Bags not collected and now waste being dumped

Council workers came to weed and demoss ellerdine road on Tuesday. Great job, however everything collected was placed in green council bags. These have been left all around the road presumably to be collected by council but in the meantime residents are now starting to dump bags of their own rubbish on top of them. Please can these be collected.
