Tree roots trip hazard - Outside 25 Ennismore Avenue

The tree outside this property was removed in 2023/2024 and the road surface replaced. Unfortunately the tree roots were not killed and have continued to grow under the pavement creating bubbling up lumps and bumps. These lumps are a trip hazard, I nearly fell over, and also make it difficult to push prams along the street or into no. 25. There are several lumps and bumps each of which are about 2 inches high. The surface itself has cracked. The issue has been ongoing for about 8 months. Others on the street have already raised the issue.
