Green Verges in front of houses

I am writing to bring to your attention the condition of the lawn verges in our area, which extend across multiple properties. Issue is now persisting over few months already . While most verges are well-maintained, two specific sections in the middle are in poor condition, with the lawn completely missing and the area turning into a muddy patch with accumulating water.

This issue is progressively worsening and poses not only an eyesore but also potential hazards, such as waterlogging and soil erosion. I kindly request immediate action to restore these verges by replanting new grass.
