The street tree has grown over the boundary wall and is dropping large volumes of leaves into the gutters of the property. This has caused a blockage and is restricting rainwater from flowing freely through the gutters to the downpipe causing the property walls to become damp. Please kindly take responsibility of the damage your tree is causing to my property.
