Shops that earl haig close backs on to
Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6797263.
The shops are not storing their bins in the gated alleyways behind the shops but on the street (earl haig close and road that kfc backs on to)
This is not on collection days but 24/7 and I am sure this is not allowed
The bins are always overflowing As a result not only is this a safety hazard but people are fly tipping in and around those bins
Contractors not picking up the waste and this causing terrible mess and rats
Shops need to be told that bins not be be kept on the road but in the gated area behind the shops and then the overspill waste needs to be cleaned
