Our elderly, and frail, neighbours' back fence fell down at the weekend (council owned property.) The other half of the fence is old and rotting and in danger of falling and causing injury so a post has been used to prop it up. However, this is causing an obstruction, forcing pedestrians to step into the busy car park. We also have a blind gentleman living in the Close so it is extremely dangerous for him.
