Why haven't notices been put up in advance of the major street cleaning for Priory Avenue, W4? It is chaos this week with some parts being done one day, and others the next, with nobody being asked in advance to move their cars. Piles of leaves are still sitting where cars blocked the cleaners' access yesterday. This is the first year that notices have not gone up in advance advising residents to move their cars and I'd like to know why.
