Drain was cleared last week, it is now completely covered in leafs again restricting flow of water to drain. Please kindly find a more permanent solution to this problem of leafs and branches blocking this drain. This has now been reported three times in the last month. I do not see which professionally trained expert thought it was a good idea to have a tree planted over the drain. This is resulting in wasted time and money to the council and tax payer.
