Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6677210.

There is no dropped kerb here forcing me as a wheelchair user to go into the road / around the corner I had an accident where my wheelchair tipped over and a nearby PFP guy helped me up with two other witnesses
