Residents do not feel safe down Swift Alley late at night.

Widening the first 5 metres of Swift Alley (London Side). This will then have the impact of dis-incentivising public urination (urinators prefer hidden spots). It will also make residents using the alley feel safer, as they won't feel they are entering a low-visibly / narrow alleyway.
