Dear Hounslow Highways,
Thanks for your hard work. I'm reporting this alley.
This alley does not feel safe to residents. An extra LED lamp post which is in between 1st & 2nd lamp post or in between 2nd & 3rd lamp post would help.
This will dis-incentivise public urination, which is unlawful behaviour. However, as it also entails men exposing their genitals in public, which can make people feel unsafe, dis-incentivising public urination will make people feel safer.
Regardless of public urination, it will also make residents feel safer, as it will eliminate relative 'dark spots'.

I'm following up as I made this report one month ago (I appreciate works like this are take much longer).
However, I've noticed zero activity on this post.
Some residents feel unsafe down this alley, and we in the development have logged recent incidents of public urination and violent assailants using this alley to access the road that runs behind the 'Environment Agency' sign, to hide the police.
Can Hounslow Highways install a lamp in between the 1st & 2nd or 2nd & 3rd of these lamp posts, to improve the safety of residents?
Public urination involves exposing ones genitals in public which does not make people coming home to the development feel safe. The lack of lighting also makes this road behind the Environment Agency more appealing to hide.
