Drain installed on 13th August has been dug up and very rough tarmac put in it's place by Cadent

Cadent, using permit AZ5021001370614, dug up and destroyed the drain that you installed in August this year. This resulted in 2 of the ground floor flats being flooded again due to water running off the pavement into the driveway of Albany Court. These flats were both being renovated due to previous flooding from rainwater flowing down the cycle path and pavement into the flats. This new drain was installed to prevent this and needs to be replace as a priority work.
