I am writing to urgently report an overhanging tree trunk outside 63 Roxborough Avenue that poses a significant risk of injury to pedestrians. I have personally collided with this trunk twice, resulting in head injuries, and I am deeply concerned that it could cause further harm to others if not addressed promptly.
