Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6505164.

Tree root was reported over 5 weeks ago and someone attended and dig the footpath up and left barrier around for over 5 weeks and nothing happened since. I was advise by the worker that the tree surgeon would be visiting after.
